GRID design build starts our design process at the site to assess all the environmental components of where the building will be located. The effects of access, topography, sun, wind, water, wildfire, and floods are all considered in the design process and solutions are blended with the owners programming requirements. Original ideas develop from each individual sites’ characteristics. 

Incorporating new methods in our building envelopes, energy and grey water systems plus specifying the most efficient appliances, lighting and plumbing fixtures all helps us reach our goals of innovative design. We think about each of the materials that go into the project and evaluate the best choices based on environment, health, and sustainability.
